On this Women’s Day Kabbish celebrates the women who have made it. They say a woman is a creator, as she takes so much pain and labor to get us in the world. The same story goes for the clay or (Mitti) which is beaten harshly until it gets fine to make pots. You know how clay and woman are similar in their nature. The Clay can be molded into- A pot, Surahi, Lamp, Glass and many more sizes and shapes holding their own importance. Similarly, the woman also has multiple roles to play in the social structure. A mother, wife, sister,  friend, teacher, and the list goes on.

Further adding to the glory of women, is this beautiful poem ‘मिट्टी की महिमा’ by Shivmangal Singh Sundar. Listening to this poetry, you will realize how nature has created the persona of a woman exactly like clay (Mitti).

Similarly, a woman in its infinite roles, appearances, shapes, and situations will always be cherished as Mother earth. The one who is patient, who nurtures, loves, cares, and sustains us. Onthis women’s day Kabbish celebrates each and every woman who thought, made, wrote, and wore our pot. We salute them who contributed to our remarkable success.

Happy Women’s Day!
